Find Out About Me

Hi, I’m Aileen, a fully qualified Reflexologist with a Level 5 Mastership in clinical reflexology, incorporating Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology and am based in North Essex. I was trained at the Reflexology Academy in London under the tuition of Hagar Basis who is one of the UKs leading reflexologists and a true inspiration.

I have always loved reflexology and I am fascinated by the science behind it. Having spent many years working in Human Resources, I gave up that career and followed my dream!

I provide reflexology treatments for all and really enjoy seeing all of my clients.  I make sure you have a session completely tailored to you whatever your needs and lifestyle may be.

Aileen of Sole Connection

I enjoy providing treatments for clients during pregnancy and reproductive health and am passionate about supporting those undergoing, or who have had, treatment for cancer.  I am trained in adaptive reflexology for palliative care and strive to provide support with symptoms, pain management and general well-being to help achieve a better quality of life. I am trained in the award winning Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD) technique which is known for its effectiveness in reducing  swelling associated with lymphoedema, often associated with breast cancer.

Aileen enjoys sea swimming in her spare time

I’m also a volunteer complimentary therapist at my local hospice St Helena. I love meeting everyone there and providing treatments and am often joined by Paddy, the hospice cat, who can be found snuggling up with patients and their families or enjoying the sun in the gardens. I love my time at the hospice and feel very privileged to be able to provide reflexology treatments to patients and their family members within this environment.

I love open water swimming and most weekends I can be found in a river, a lake or the sea!

I had the pleasure of meeting Aileen last week.  The hour I had with her was great. She found my pressure areas & it was a pleasure/pain, very friendly & comfortable session, I would definitely recommend her.

Thanks

Sarah Gott
